I know. The post title is kind of lame, but it was the best I could come up with. Sorry.
February is egg month. I have really been looking forward to egg month. I like eggs. I could eat more eggs. There is a lot more I could be doing with eggs and poaching an egg has been one of my goals for awhile.
The American Egg Board is actually very helpful. I wanted info on basic cooking techniques, not recipes and they obliged. I am ready to eggs-plore this new arena. (And I think I am done with the horrible puns.)
There are so many things you can do with eggs.
1. Fry an egg.
2. Scramble an egg.
4. Boil an egg.
